GC Clinic was founded in 1985 by Prof. Dr. Semih Özbayrak and his wife Zümrüt Özbayrak in Nişantaşı. Dr. Cansu Öztürk took over clinical leadership in 2019. Ms Zerrin Engin Bakkal joined the team in 2024 as a specialist clinician — focused on implantology, oral surgery, aesthetic dentistry and periodontics.
At GC Clinic, every treatment plan is designed and led personally by Dr. Öztürk — from the first consultation through to final review. For surgically demanding implant cases or complex oral-surgery indications, the clinical plan is reviewed jointly with Ms Engin Bakkal.
Specialist implant cases: Flapless placement, larger augmentation work and sinus-lift indications are planned with Ms Engin Bakkal as the surgical lead.
Oral-surgery procedures: Complex extractions and pre-implant site preparation fall within her remit.
Periodontal continuity: For patients with a periodontal history, she supports both the initial and the maintenance phase of treatment.
