A warranty is not a marketing line. It is a document you can hold, in your language, with brand names and lot numbers of every component fitted. Here is exactly what we commit to — and what we need from you in return.
10 years. Straumann · Neodent · Nobel Biocare manufacturer warranty, passed through in writing. Lot number of your specific fixture recorded in your surgical file.
10 years. Factory-original components only. No third-party compatibles.
5 years on zirconia or e.max crowns. Covers fracture and debonding under normal function.
5 years on e.max veneers. Covers debonding and fracture under normal function.
2 years on root-canal treatment performed at GC Clinic. Covers re-treatment or apical surgery if required.
1 year on grafting and periodontal work. Covers revision surgery at our cost if the initial result does not stabilise.
Once a year — in person in Istanbul, by video, or through a UK dentist we help coordinate. Photos, occlusion check, soft-tissue scan. Twenty minutes.
Routine cleaning at your UK dental surgery twice a year. Reasonable plaque control at home. This is not a clause to dodge claims — it is the biology of how implants integrate long-term.
Sports accidents, falls, bruxism without a night-guard — these are outside the warranty, as they would be for any restoration, anywhere. We fit a night-guard when we see the signs; it is almost always included in the plan.
The phrase is over-used in dental tourism and it means very little in isolation. Here is what we actually do.
