Autoclave sterilisation (Class B) — all re-usable instruments sterilised at 134 °C under vacuum. Sterilisation cycle records archived and linked to patient files.
Surface disinfection between patients — full surgery wipe-down with virucidal agent; headrest, chair, overhead lamp, handpiece couplings included.
Air and water quality — water-line disinfection daily. HVAC with HEPA filtration.
Cross-contamination control — colour-coded tray system, clean-area/dirty-area separation in the decontamination room.

Premium tier: Straumann BLT or Nobel Active — the mid-tier workhorse surfaces with longest published follow-up data.
VIP tier: Straumann BLX premium — the most recent surface chemistry, reserved for cases where time-to-load or borderline anatomy matters.
We conduct internal clinical audits once a year — sample case-file review, imaging quality review, infection control audit, patient outcome sampling. The findings inform CPD focus for the year ahead. External audit will follow TEMOS certification.
