The titanium is the easy part. What decides whether your implant is still healthy in year fifteen is the angulation, the bone preparation, the soft-tissue management, and — quietly — the doctor’s judgement on whether you should have been offered an implant at all.
We decline roughly one in five enquiries. Not because we cannot do the case, but because the tooth can still be saved, or because the timing is wrong. The purpose of the first consultation is not to sell — it is to tell you which of those three things your case actually is.
Every fixture we place belongs to the Straumann Group portfolio (Straumann · Neodent · Medentika) or to Nobel Biocare. Lot number and brand are printed on your warranty certificate. Which specific product sits in your mouth depends on your clinical need and chosen tier — see Packages for the tier-by-tier material map.

The Straumann Group’s two value brands — Neodent (Brazil) and Medentika (Germany). Same A-grade manufacturing, same lot-numbered documentation, engineered for standard cases where BLX’s premium surface isn’t clinically required. Used in our Standard tier.
No private-label fixtures. No “Straumann-compatible” equivalents. No re-branded Korean or Chinese implants. If the brand is not from the Straumann Group or Nobel Biocare, it is not placed here.

Your patient-specific abutment and final implant-supported crown are designed, milled and finished at our in-house lab in the same building as the operatory. Material batch and lot numbers are recorded against your case file.
