IST is the larger international hub, 45 minutes from Nişantaşı in normal traffic — an hour on a bad day. Direct daily flights from every UK city. Our transfers assume IST by default; Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) is possible but an additional £60 on the private transfer cost.
Airport → hotel transfer on arrival. All clinic ↔ hotel transfers on treatment days. Hotel → airport transfer on departure. Not included: non-clinical taxi rides for dinner, sightseeing, shopping. Those are easy — the hotel handles them.
